Case Information Publishing - The Court Automation System architecture ensures aggregation and availability of all court case proceeding data in the data center's servers, which allows to have centralized and compound court case information database. The system provides special functional components - SOAP interface which allows searching and retrieving data from the centralized system database and publishing it through web applications, information kiosk terminals as well as electronic boards.
Precedent Case Discovery - This is another additional functionality of the system which enables to automatically search and identify the cases that are precedent to selected ones, and consequently the court may take the found cases into account while making decisions. Precedent Case Discovery is a smart search tool based on several criteria such as law article, legal reason, etc. It's enhanced with Text Similarity Recognition component which allows exact matching of documents based on their content and expression.
Audio/Video Recordings Library - These libraries functionality allows automatic aggregation of electronic (digital) versions of court hearing audio/video records from each court into centralized storage. They are assumed to be appended to the Court Automation System, which will facilitates the process of searching necessary recordings, retrieving and subsequently listening to or watching them. Moreover, the protocol and the interrelation is saved in the same file as court hearing audio record, which shows which part of the record is correspondent to the part of the protocol. This option is recommended in case of availability of hearings audio/video recordings systems in the courts.
