Flexible configurability and manageability
Each system module includes administration components that allow applying necessary configurations and therefore managing the components faultless and correct operation. It mainly concerns the customization of case management, data transportation, human resource management, user management, group permissions, dictionary management, and etc.
Centralized Management and Data Synchronization
The Court Automation System assumes that each system site (court) has its own server, which contains all data of certain court. The information from all courts needs to be periodically sent to the data center by means of secure data transportation. On the other hand, the system provides centralized management opportunity of all courts from one location - data center executed by the system administrator. It can assume registration of new courts by means of specifying required information as well as modification of existing ones, creation and modification of staff lists, managing user accounts, setting up data transportation parameters for each system site, and other managing activities. In order to apply all settings in corresponding locations, the Court Automation System also implies data transportation from data center to specified system sites, which is executed through custom data synchronization ensuring secure and exact both-sided database tables synchronization.
Cost-Effectiveness
The Court Automation System is a cross-platform system which supports both Linux and Windows operating system environments. The recommended platform is a Linux-based framework completed with Apache web server, MySQL database system and PHP scripting language. All the listed systems are free and open source software solutions and don’t require any additional licensing fees and expenses, thus making our solution cost-effective.
