Data Consolidation implies all kind of data analysis and conversion procedures related to submitted information/data packages, which are:
-
Data Insertion and Validation - Either of object data (credit, debtor, organization, guarantor, interrelated person, etc.) can be inserted into the system database through special Input Forms, which can be adjusted to each locality. It's essential that each data field and even some combination of fields are being verified in accordance with certain data validation rules before being accepted by the system.
-
Data Package Upload is executed by the HTTPS upload tool, which is available for data providers for submitting data to Credit Bureau system database. The system undertakes package initial validation procedure while uploading the package, which assumes file names, format and encoding verification.
-
Data Conversion and Validation - It is executed through sequential operation of the following software components: (1) Decryption Tool initiated for data package decryption purposes; −> (2) File Format Converter executing file conversion into a comma separated file format (CSV) to avoid operating system restrictions; −> (3) Package Validation Tool conducting package data initialization and contained records insertion into the database; −> (4) Data Conversion and Validation Component initiated for submitted data transformation into the necessary database format and checking their conformity with specified validation rules; −> (5) Extended Identification Pluggable System (EIPS) conducting objects' first-level identification that assures unique identification numbers assignment to object data (credit, debtor, organization, guarantor, interrelated person, etc.).

For the purposes of convenience and flexibility, the Credit Bureau system is designed in a way to provide users with the following opportunities:
-
Late package submission - the system treats the records submitted by certain data package in accordance with their creation date in spite of the submission date, which means that data will be stored and processed in chronological order.
-
Cancellation and pausing - the "pause" option interrupts data conversion process assuming the possibility of its continuation, while the "cancel" action stops data conversion without any resumption opportunity.
Data Conversion and Validation is customized for each data source organization through Converter Customization Tool - a facility intended for common users with no knowledge of XML technologies to compose configuration, data fields description and validation files. Creation of configuration and data fields' description files ensures accurate data insertion into the Credit Bureau system database.
-
Errors Processing - Errors processing is implemented by a separate module which is aimed to ensure submitted data completeness in Credit Bureau database. This functional component is enhanced with an Errors Tracking/Analysis Tool which conducts errors analysis detected during the data validation procedure and evolves new errors, repeated errors and errors corrected by the next packages. For optimization purposes all revealed errors are grouped in accordance with defined error groups and sub-groups.
-
Similarity Identification - Similarity Identification is executed by the Extended Identification Pluggable System (EIPS). This procedure implies bringing data object pairs into comparison by different patterns (e.g. personal and/or biometric data) according to embedded plug-ins and creation of those objects' probabilistic similarity relations matrix which is used for search queries to easily detect objects corresponding to search patterns.
