Informative Services
Informative Services include all kinds of services the Credit Bureau system users (either internal or external) are provided with:
  • Data View and Filtering - The Credit Bureau Solution is enhanced with Data View and Filtering component that provides users with an opportunity to view and filter data by any of input field values that are submitted by them or all users of the data source organization they belong to (this depends on assigned permissions).
  • Data Cleansing - This service makes it possible to manually control the submitted data correctness. This service is supported by the Data Cleansing Tool based on special data correction rules and exceptions. The eligible users may remove/edit incorrect data records from the Credit Bureau System Database. It mainly concerns non-logical errors which are impossible to detect during package upload or data conversion.
  • Dispute Management - Dispute Management System is a universal software component initiated to ensure data authenticity by disputing and discussing the accuracy of data submitted by other sources. It mainly concerns data conflicts or doubtful data which couldn't be revealed by validation procedure.
  • Search and Credit Reporting - data subjects' Search and Credit Reporting Tool which implies conduction of persons or organizations search in credit bureau database by different patterns (mainly by identification data) for getting access to their credit histories. Credit reports are viewed in HTML format on default and can be extracted into MS Word or Excel formats. This tool includes Credit Report Design Component - a flexible facility enabling system users with administrative privileges to create new types of credit reports, edit or remove existing ones with no additional intension. It's essential, that the Search Forms can also be easily adjusted/customized through special administrative tools.
  • Credit Scoring - The scoring service is executed through Physical and Legal Entities Scoring System (PLESS), which is based on mathematical theories of statistical cluster analysis. The system performs different type of pipeline mathematical calculations to determine each entity profile, to group those profiles and estimate average scores for each of them. The credit score for each entity is calculated considering profile group scores in accordance with distance algorithms executed in relation to determined profile groups.
  • Data Subjects' Monitoring - This Monitoring Tool is a universal software component initiated to provide the system users with paid monitoring service opportunity on data updates relating to targeted data subjects. The general principle is that eligible system user creates data groups for monitoring purposes so that other system users may find desired data subjects among the ones submitted by data provider they belong to and subscribe the selected data subjects to monitoring service in accordance with targeted data groups. In case of identifying any update within subscribed data groups, the credit bureau system automatically notifies relevant users about it.
