The Office Management Tools are aimed to increase the work-efficiency of the company through facilitating the daily work of the personnel relating to internal and external communication, regular meetings, tasks and assignments and many other duties.

- Softphone
Registrars System provides different tools for control and management of the business correspondence of the company. In conformity with types of correspondence, the Registrars system includes Incoming, Outgoing and Internal Journals initiated for keeping and tracking overall document flow of the company. The advanced search option is available for retrieving necessary records by any property.
The Registrars System makes it possible to refer the document records to corresponding insurance policies, reinsurance contracts, claims, and etc. This enables to track the entire routine conducted by the company to manage each business process.
Project Management (PM) includes task management and notifications components allowing the supervisors to assign tasks to staff members and track the task completion processes. Task management is fulfilled through Calendar application which gives an opportunity to specify new assignments or events, view the assigned and received tasks by dates, make reassignments, and other appointments. The Notifications sub-system notifies the corresponding users in advance of the completion dates of received tasks or forthcoming dates of the events, thus urging them to accomplish the assignments on time.
PM is integrated with other components of the Insurance Company Automation System thus enabling to assign tasks to staff members directly from corresponding modules without necessity to launch the Calendar application. Such components are Registrars System, Insurance Policy Management, Reinsurance Management, Claims Management, etc.
E-mail Service supports internal and external writing business communication including document flow between the company employees as well as between employees and company partners/customers. This service also enables to attach the e-mails to related policies, reinsured risks, received claims, reinsurance contracts, etc.
Softphone is a software system enabling audio and video calls to other system users, organizing conference calls, as well as using instant messaging tools for real-time writing communication. The system keeps tracking of the communication sessions made by means of Softphone, as well as attaches audio/video files and messaging histories to each communication record. It is also possible to specify the objects the communication session is held for, which can either be insurance policy or reinsurance contract, claim or accounting report, employee's personal card or user account, and others.
