The Insurance Company Automation System (ICAS) is a complete solution ensuring full business process automation and systematization in a single software environment. The system is aimed at creation of a centralized database containing the whole details of internal and external business routines. This approach simplifies and guarantees real-time data sharing between the system modules. The system also supports branching through distributed database system which ensures that each branch can work independently for a while in an offline mode, after which it should be synchronized with a central database.
The ICAS uses Tiny client technology which excludes the necessity to install any client application. As a web-based solution the system is developed with a user-friendly interactive flash interface and can be accessed through any Internet Browser. The users can access the system either within the local network or remotely from anywhere using the Internet connection.
